Terms & Conditions

General

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer (“you”) enters into a contract (“the Contract”) with Mrowka Northampton, 15 Quorn Way, Northampton, NN1 2PN (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the supply of goods (“the Goods”) listed on our website.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

you are at least 18 years of age.

Payment

For online orders, prices will be confirmed by phone before the order is accepted. Payment made over the phone constitutes confirmation of the order and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right not to supply goods at an incorrect price.

While we aim to keep all advertised items in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. Order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract if goods are unavailable. We will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Products may be subject to updates or modifications by manufacturers.

Goods are intended for use within the UK only. We make no warranties regarding suitability or compliance outside the UK.

Providing false or misleading information (including personal, address, or payment details) may result in investigation and possible prosecution.

Accepted payment methods: debit card, cash, or bank transfer.

Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws, ensuring it is:

used lawfully, fairly, and transparently;

collected only for valid purposes;

accurate and kept up to date;

retained only as long as necessary;

kept secure.

To process quotations and orders, we may collect:

name, address, phone number, and email;

delivery addresses;

email correspondence related to enquiries and sales.

Information is collected via:

email;

telephone;

 in person.

We use cookies to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Email newsletters collect email addresses solely for newsletter distribution. We do not sell or share mailing lists. A third-party provider may be used for distribution.

Delivery Terms

Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery time is between 1 and 28 working days. Delays will be communicated where possible.

Incorrect delivery details may result in delays.

Delivery dates are agreed with the customer in advance.

Deliveries are kerbside only. The customer must ensure clear access and that suitable assistance is available to unload goods.

We are not liable for any costs arising from delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Late delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or withhold payment.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once delivered and signed for.

Delivery does not require handover to a named individual.

We are not responsible for goods accepted by unauthorised persons at the delivery address.

Many products are heavy; unloading assistance must be provided by the customer.

The customer is fully responsible for unloading goods immediately upon delivery.

Failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.

Redelivery dates must be agreed within two working days.

Failed redeliveries may result in goods being returned to Mrowka Northampton, with return transport costs charged to the customer.

Orders may be delivered in multiple consignments.

Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Missing items must be reported immediately to the driver.

We are not liable for damage occurring during unloading.

Damages & Claims

Signing the delivery note confirms acceptance of goods as correct and undamaged unless stated otherwise on the delivery documentation.

Damage or shortages must be:

noted on delivery documents; and/or

reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Packaging must be checked for transit damage at the time of delivery.

Responsibility for safe unloading rests solely with the customer.

Replacement items are subject to standard delivery lead times.

All damage claims must include photographic evidence.

Returns Policy

Unwanted goods may be returned within 28 days, excluding special-order or non-stock items.

Customers must notify us by email or post within this period.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Please contact us before returning goods to agree on the return method.

Refunds will be issued after inspection, using the original payment method.

Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Damaged returns not declared as such will not be refunded.

Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all refunds.

Returns are accepted within 28 days of the invoice date.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to):
loss of income, profit, business, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates are estimates only. We advise against booking installations close to delivery dates.

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
